As it comes and goes, we’re gonna be in or out. We gonna dig into the BS possibilities, to see if a creative dialog between urban life and rural surrounding could be possible. The year of the truth, the confrontation of our ideals with the reality. Will BS be able to achieve it’s goals, to develop it’s site for art, design, music, experiment and ?

Finally - after wading through hours of video material and recorded telephone conversations Helmuth Ziegenmalte managed to connect the heavily processed imagery of the “Kantje Boord” presentation to the revealing interviews of Henri van Zanten as Correspondent X. The result: a stream of countless audio-visual insinuations..
This film is packed full with unreleased material, not shown in the official documentary about the collaborative art project “Kantje Boord”. Saved from the trash it might leave plenty of room for speculation, but perhaps also unveil the latent meaning of Hugo Lammerink’s statement regarding the participants: “The humans arrived at the farm as humans. How they will leave, that’s yet to be seen…”

since it is the first time i post to the blog let me introduce myself;
during the ‘kantje boord’-experience i was the charming production- assistent of the master himself, mister Hugo . in between the tuff but rewarding job i took some time to make pictures of the artists in residence. one photo in particular was so nice i send it in to a competition, and i won! the picture got printed poster-size and put in a public billboard. it is hanging on platform 8 in the central station of den haag till the 21st of january. special thanks go to larisa and ferial who posed for me effortlessly. thank you ladies, you did great!
